3. Creating opportunities for talented athletes to develop sports talent through intensive training and organizing competitions on various sports at the grassroots level.

 

Mission:
 
District Sports Office, Noakhali Sports Directorate is a government department under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. District Sports Office, Noakhali is one of the 64 District Sports Offices in 64 districts under the Directorate of Sports. Its mission is to develop sports talent by inspiring the country's children, adolescents and youth in sports at the grassroots level and improving the quality of sports. In the age of globalization, we need healthy human and well-trained human resources to compete in a wide range of sports. Trained skilled players can play a helpful role in the development of human resources in the country. With the government's support for organizing physical exercise and sports for a large section of the population through the annual sports program scheduled by the Directorate of Sports.The Directorate of Sports has taken effective initiatives to create young leadership in the field of sports by inspiring the children of the country to play sports. Adopts programs to expand the scope and quality of sports to improve the health and moral standards of children and adolescents and youth, distributes free sports materials to educational institutions and sports clubs. Awareness, environmental awareness and increasing the social status of athletes are playing an effective role.
