1. Arranging football, cricket, volleyball, handball, badminton, athletics and rural sports in Noakhali Municipality and 09 Upazilas with 16 boys and girls separately.

2. Implementation of 04 trainings throughout the month prescribed by the Directorate of Sports.

3. Implementation of the annual sports program 2020-21 percent determined by the Directorate of Sports.
4. Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman National Gold Cup Football Tournament Boys (Under 17), 2021 and Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib National Gold Cup Football Tournament Girls (Under 18), 2021 Upazila and District competitions.

5. To take measures to celebrate the state days with due dignity and to provide all kinds of cooperation in coordination with the district administration.
6. Organizing sports competitions with autism and special children.

7. Distribution of sports equipment in various educational institutions and clubs of the district.

8. Participate in collaboration between distressed and helpless athletes.
